ORDERING DEADLINES:
VALENTINE'S DAY - Regular Orders by February 1st
ST. PATRICK'S DAY - Regular Orders by March 3rd.
EASTER - varies year to year - check side menu for updates.
MOTHER'S DAY - Regular orders by May 1st.
FATHER'S DAY - Regular Orders June 5th.
CHRISTMAS - Regular Soap orders only! - Dec 10th.
Teddy Bears (all types - including Memory/Memorial and Keepsake) - Orders placed after NOVEMBER 1st are not guaranteed to be delivered in time for Christmas UNLESS I personally tell you that it will be shipped in time per the post office schedule - once it leaves my hands I have no control. Please check with me when ordering after October 31st as some years the cut-off is later and sometimes it's sooner it just depends on the order volume.
From Dec 19th till January 5th I will not be shipping any packages. This is so I can take a much needed break and also do my end of year inventory and taxes. Orders will still be taken on the website as it never closes.
Wholesale & Custom Orders placed after December 1st may not arrive in time for Christmas - please contact us before ordering! Thank you!
Clothing scraps for Memory / Memorial Bears are NOT returned so please only send what is needed for your bear (s).
Q: Can I Cancel my order?
Not without incurring fees as once you finalize your order it is in process and nothing can be added or removed. Regular Orders cancelled will incur a 20% Restocking Fee . Remember once you click the finalize button on the checkout cart you have agreed to the terms of the sale.
NOTE All CUSTOM ORDERS (INCLUDES TEDDY BEARS) AND WHOLESALE ORDERS will incur a 50% restocking fee as these are custom made to order items.
Q: Do you accept orders from anyone under the age of 18?
Q: What is your Wholesale Orders Lead Time ?
A: All Wholesale Orders require a MINIMUM of 2 weeks LEAD TIME before they are ready to ship. Lead time will be longer on large orders and if it is the busy Holiday season. Please contact me with any special request or special needs before ordering.
Q: What Shipping Methods are available? At this time all of our products have free shipping so the cart will not charge you shipping nor will it let you choose a shipping method. I ship the fastest and least expensive way with each and every order insured with a tracking number to protect your investment. PLEASE NOTE ALL FRAGRANCES OILS MUST SHIP UPS SO IF YOU HAVE A PO BOX AND NOT A REGULAR STREET ADDRESS YOU CANNOT ORDER FRAGRANCE/REFRESHER OILS.
Another Shipping Policy that you must be aware of is: if you give me the wrong shipping address for yourself or to send to someone else and your package is returned to me because of your error you will be responsible for the extra shipping cost to resend the package. Also note that if you or your recipient refuse shipment you will not receive a refund until I speak with you personally as to why you refused the shipment and if a refund is then given it will be minus shipping costs that I incurred.
Q: I'm not comfortable using my Credit Card online so how do I order?
A: When you place an order you have an option to choose Credit Card pay by phone. When you choose this option the receipt for your order will have instructions for calling in your Credit Card Information. Please be assured that all information given on this site is done through an SSL secure server with 128 bit encryption and all information given to me over the phone or on the website is only seen and handled by me.
Q: What Payment Methods do you accept?
A: US FUNDS ONLY - Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
PayPal and Money Orders - US FUNDS ONLY (For the FULL AMOUNT - if your money
order comes without the full amount - your order will be not be worked on
until payment in full is received - sorry that I have to do this but too
many people are "OOPS! I sent my money order for too less!" and then not
following thru with payment.)Thank you!
PLEASE NOTE THAT I RESERVE THE RIGHT FOR ALL CREDIT CARDS THAT ARE DECLINED WHEN PROCESSED TO CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL $2.00 HANDLING FEE TO YOUR ORDER FOR EVERY TIME YOU ASK ME TO PUT THE CARD THROUGH as I am charged a fee for every declined card entered.
Q: How Secure is this site?
My Shopping Cart is SSL 128 bit encrypted so all information is secure. I am the only one who has access to any personal information. Whenever you see the lock on the page or the https in your browser address bar you know you are safe.
Q: What is your Privacy Policy? Customer Support
A: I never
sell my customers information to anyone and the only time I would contact
you would be concerning questions or problems about your order. I do
sometimes send coupons to customers or newsletters with sales going on. This
can be done by mail and or email but it is done on an individual basis by me
not some other company.
Q: What is your Return Policy?
Since the nature of my products are mainly Personal Items (Bath and Body) and I cannot
insure the purity of the product once it has left my hands and my
products are "Custom Ordered" or "Made when Ordered" I do not accept returns. If
the product warrants return (there is a real problem with the quality of the
product) then I will of course issue a return order number to you to send the
product back. You the customer will be responsible for all shipping cost on the
return and any refunds issued for products will be minus the original charges of
shipping/handling/packing costs. Please note that I want you to be happy but
unlike Wal-mart or any other large chain store you cannot return something just
because you decide it's not what you wanted after all as I cannot resell Bath
and Body Products per the FDA. I handle all returns on a personal basis. Please do not
return an item until you have contacted me as no refund will be given
without a RTN Number. Please be sure when you press the finalize
button as you are entering a legal and binding sales contract. Thank you!

Remember Finalizing your order means you have read and agree with the policies

Due to the newest regulations on children's products and mandatory 3rd party
testing we will no longer be offering products geared towards children under the
age of 12.
If you would like your entire order shipped to another person then please
put their address in the ship to information in the shopping cart section
and your information in the Bill To section of the shopping cart. ( NO
ORDERS OUTSIDE OF USA UNLESS THEY ARE APO OR FPO ADDRESSES. ALSO WE DO NOT
SHIP TO CLEARING HOUSES THAT ULTIMATELY SHIP TO OVERSEAS).
If you
want to send part of an order to a different address please make
SEPARATE ORDERS for each Ship To address - I cannot split orders between
addresses any other way than this.
